Braulio Cervantes’ Graduation

Braulio Cervantes Paz  successfully defended his thesis on December, 2011 earning the degree of Master of Science. M.Sc. Cervantes Paz worked at the Phytochemicals and Nutrition Laboratory  for eight months on the research project: “The effect of maturity and thermal processing on carotenoids profile of Jalapeño pepper” under the direction of Dr. Ornelas Paz and  Dr. Elhadi Yahia. We enjoy having Braulio among us and we wish him all the best in the future.
