Francisco Javier’s Graduation

Francisco Javier successfully defended his thesis on June 21st, 2011 earning the degree of Master of Science in Biochemical Engineering. M.Sc. Esparza Martínez has worked at the Phytochemicals and Nutrition Laboratory for the last year on the research project: “Physicochemical and Phytochemical Characterization of the Pitahaya (Hylocereus spp.)” under the direction of Dr. Elhadi Yahia (as external director). We certainly enjoy having Francisco Javier among us and we wish him all the best in the future. Currently he’s working with us as laboratory technician.
