Dr. Nagwa Salih will present a seminar at our Faculty of Natural Sciences titled: The Role of Wild Food in the Nutrition of the Nuba Mountain People, Sudan. Dr. Salih has finalized her one-year stay in our laboratory and will be returning back to Sudan on 20.4.2010. She has done an excellent work characterizing the nutritional components of several wild foods from the Nuba Mountains in Sudan.
