MSc Laura Gayosso presented the seminar: Evaluation of the Antioxidant Capacity and Antiproliferative Activity of Papaya (Carica papaya L.) Extracts at Different Ripening Stages”, as part of her PhD program. This research was carried in part, at the Phytochemicals and Nutrition Lab under the guidance of Dr. Elhadi Yahia. Laura will now return to the Center for Food Research and Development in Sonora, Mexico, to complete her PhD studies under the guidance of Dr. Gustavo González-Aguilar.
