Dr. Elhadi Yahia was invited to present the book “Fruit and Vegetable Phytochemicals: Chemistry, Nutritional Value and Stability”, edited by Laura de la Rosa, Emilio Álvarez-Parrilla and Gustavo González-Aguilar, at the Center for Food Research and Development (CIAD) in Hermosillo, Sonora, México.
